One of the best restaurants in Frankfurt. The restaurant is rather inconspicuous in an inner courtyard. Seldom had such a friendly and nice service. The food was great. Conclusion: If you want to have a nice, cozy and romantic evening in a loving atmosphere, then an absolutely MUST!

Service was great as well as the restaurant vibes. We were offered complimentary lemonades because of the orders being late. Bread quality was good. Three stars because the main dish I ordered was much too salty, and portions could have been a bit larger. I didn't quite understand the stellar ratings and reviews given by others since taste and quality of the dishes were only decent.

Great atmosphere, super nice and very friendly service, fantastic and fresh food. Food is not cheap, but fair prices for what is on offer. We recommend!!!!

Unbelievable We passed by this small restaurant by pure chance and we sat down without even knowing if you wanted to eat, the restaurant convinced us with its simplicity and its beautiful service. The dishes were delicious, both the entrecote and the tuna and avocado tartare. Thank you to the kind waitress who greeted us and made us feel good from the first minute. We will come back!

When we asked for salt repeatedly, they simply put a parquet Salt on the table After the meal, the culmination came. We were asked if we would like something to drink. We said no, since there were no ice cubes ready for a 2-bottle rose Too bad because the rose was good. The boss's answer was literal You were unlucky !!!!! Conclusion The operator of the restaurant should attend a course on how to run a restaurant and how to communicate with guests. Tip to the host The guest keeps a restaurant alive and not the arrogance of the host, who in the above case has no idea of ​​his profession.

Very nice little restaurant hidden in a side street. The food was really good and the menu varied, but not that big. For me the ideal number of dishes to choose from, so the freshness can always be guaranteed and everyone will find something. Price-performance ratio was also good - a little higher-priced, but quality was absolutely convincing. The decor is very tasteful, all in all we had a great evening. Absolute recommendation!

Very nice little restaurant in a side street. Although every table was staffed, the atmosphere was still pleasant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and was served promptly to order. The wines to choose from were good, but unfortunately not everything was in stock on the wine list. On the subject of candle light dinner, yes the place is suitable, the constant changing of the light, from light to dark and then brighter, but I found disturbing. Basically, I can recommend the restaurant for a nice evening for two good conscience, we spent about 6 hours here.

My wife and I just had the most amazing dinner We had in a long time. All the dishes we’ve ordered were absolutely perfect. Food is authentic and strong and the size of the dishes is very very generous. The service is definitely not “German” and they will make you feel at home. When you’re looking for a hidden gem it doesn’t get any better than this place.

You have never experienced happiness until you have visited BonVivant. So classic, unique and original. Customer service is beyond amazing. Food is to die for. I am crying from overwhelming happiness and joy.

We came across it by accident. The pictures and the offer fascinated us from the beginning and the service and the ambience convinced us. We will gladly come back. It tastes fantastic, the wine is great and the price for money fits. It was a very nice evening with very tasty food and great service. A wonderful little gem we stumbled upon; we planned on just getting a drink but the appetizer was so nice we decided to order dinner, as well. Hummus, baba ghanoush, aioli were delicious as well as the calamari and shrimp. Lamb was also really good. Everything was so delicious I forgot to take any photos! Great attentive service and very relaxing atmosphere to eat outside on the patio.
